Ethos

For us, automation is not an end in itself. It should relieve people, make processes reliable and keep equipment usable for longer. That is what guides the way we work.

Technology that works in operation

A machine proves itself not at acceptance, but in its third year of shift work. That is why we design, program and wire in a way that lets maintenance staff find faults, operators find their way and extensions remain possible. Documentation is part of the product, not an afterthought.

Honest about the facts

We say what is feasible – and what is not. If a modernization is more economical than a new build, we recommend the modernization. If a deadline cannot be met, we raise it early. Long-term collaboration grows from reliable statements.

Quality with a system

Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001; our handling of customer information and data is assessed under TISAX. Neither is a certificate for the wall – they are the working method with which we plan, verify and hand over projects.

Sustainable through longevity

The most sustainable machine is the one that keeps running. Retrofit, extension and digital integration of existing equipment carry the same weight with us as a new build. Where we do build new, we choose components that remain available and can be repaired.

A team that takes ownership

At timap, designers, programmers, electricians and service technicians work closely together – often on the same machine, often on site at the customer. Whoever takes on a project with us carries it through to running production. That shapes how we hire, train and collaborate.
