The 3-axis laser tracks the focus automatically and marks DMC, plain text and logos even at different heights. Beforehand, a camera checks the position of the part; afterwards, a scanner validates the result.
Closed enclosure to laser class 1 – the operator works without safety goggles, doors and flaps are monitored.
Parts whose marking fails the check are diverted onto this conveyor section.
Fumes and particles are extracted and filtered right at the marking point. A sensor in the chamber additionally measures the volume flow and thus monitors the extraction performance.
Touch panel on a swivelling support arm: type selection, order data and results at a glance.
Laser controller and control cabinet sit directly in the frame. This gives the system a particularly compact design with a small footprint.
Permanent marking is the basis for traceability. We build marking systems that mark parts with DataMatrix code, plain text, serial number or logo – by laser or by embossing, depending on what material, surface and process require.
Laser marking is contactless, fast and very fine – ideal for metals and plastics, small character sizes and high volumes. 3-axis lasers track the focus automatically and therefore also mark parts of different heights as well as curved and inclined surfaces.
Dot peen, scribe and stamp marking displace the material. This creates a deep, robust mark that survives later machining, painting or blasting – especially suited to rough surfaces as well as cast and forged parts.
Whether a stand-alone station at a manual workplace or integrated into the line: we take care of part fixtures, handling, read verification and the transfer of data to your systems.
