Whistleblowing
Anyone who points out legal violations or misconduct in our company deserves protection. Through our internal reporting office under the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) you can submit reports confidentially – anonymously if you wish.
What can be reported
Indications of violations of laws, our code of conduct or internal rules – for example corruption, fraud, breaches of labour, environmental or data protection law, discrimination or safety deficiencies. Business partners, suppliers and former employees may also use the reporting office.
How to reach the reporting office
- By email: hinweis@timap.de
- By phone: +49 30 639 058 75
- By post: timap GmbH, Meldestelle, Müggelbergallee 8, 12557 Berlin, Germany
A personal meeting can be arranged on request within a reasonable period.
What happens next
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days. The reporting office examines the report, consults you if necessary and initiates appropriate follow-up measures. No later than three months after the acknowledgement you will receive feedback on the status.
Confidentiality and protection
The identity of whistleblowers is treated confidentially and disclosed only to the persons responsible for processing. Reprisals because of a report – such as dismissal, warnings or disadvantages – are prohibited. Anyone who knowingly provides false information does not enjoy this protection.
External reporting offices
Independently of our internal reporting office, you may contact the external reporting office of the Federal Government at the Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz). However, we ask you to contact us first so that we can remedy grievances quickly.
