Line Integration
Description
Only the linking turns stations into a line. We plan and build transport systems with workpiece carriers, buffers and switches, control the material flow and connect the stations into a continuous process – including equipment from different manufacturers.
Features
- Workpiece carrier systems, belt and roller conveyors, gantries and robot transfers
- Material flow planning with buffers, switches and bypasses for availability
- Line-level control and communication between stations
- Integration of third-party equipment via PROFINET, OPC UA or digital interfaces
- Guarding, access concept and safety technology for the entire line
- Material flow simulation to secure cycle time and buffer sizes
Industries
- Automotive and supplier industry
- Engine and transmission manufacturing
- Electronics and device manufacturing
- Packaging industry
